Uncle Bud's CatFish Wagon

Uncle Bud's has been serving delicious catfish and fried chicken since way back in 1980. We started in a little converted house and folks liked it so much we had to build some more. Over the years, some of the locations have come and gone. You know how it is when the kids grow up and look for greener pastures? Well there ain't many catfish out in the pasture! It got to the point a couple of years back that we weren't selling our great food anywhere. And boy, did we hear about that! So a couple of Uncle Bud's favorite nephews, Craig and Jay, decided that they just were not gonna let those long sufferin' catfish-hungry folks suffer any more. So they loaded up their pickups and with the help of a friend named Honeycutt went down to Tullahoma Tennessee and got back into the Uncle Bud's business. About a year after opening up in Tullahoma, they opened another Uncle Bud's in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Since folks have heard that Uncle Bud's is back, they have been coming in right, left, and straight on! The boys say if business keeps on keepin' on like it is, they are gonna have to open some more Uncle Bud's so everybody can get all the catfish they want.

You know all this catfish is farm raised down in the Missippi Delta. If they build many more Uncle Bud's the Delta might just have to put on a THIRD SHIFT! Jay and Craig invite you to come on by and say HOWDY! Your gonna' enjoy the good food AND the good feelin'!
